ANIMAL TOUCH FARM

The famous star on Chandelier is Kwagga, the Zebra foal. He has been hand raised, after his mother fell ill. Kwagga has been on local television and on the front pages of many magazines, lately. We also have a young Springbuck, three Eland calves, an oryx gazelle, Shetland ponies and horses entertaining the guests. All these animals, together with some of the ostriches on Chandelier, are completely tamed and always willing to pose for photographs.

Chandelier Game Lodge & Ostrich Show Farm is proud to announce that no “tamed animals” on Chandelier are in captivity or in small pens. They are all free to go and to roam the 3500ha Klein Karoo veldt, if they so wish.
